For best results, cards should be planted within 2 years.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e1. Place under 1\/8\" of soil\u003cbr\u003eIn a garden or a planter filled 2\/3 of the way with soil, rip your card and place in a single layer under 1\/8\" of soil. Just enough that you can slightly see the paper poking through - we want the sprouts to be able to reach the surface.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e2. Water thoroughly\u003cbr\u003eOnce the paper is in the soil, water thoroughly. We want the water to be damp, but not pooling with water so go slowly at first and continue to add until the soil has created a nice damp home for the paper to dissolve.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e3. Place in sun\u003cbr\u003eWhether the garden or the planter, make sure the soil has access to indirect sunlight. For the next 10 days, the seeds will be in the germination phase and it's important to keep the soil watered at all times.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eOnce sprouts begin to appear, continue to water enough to keep the soil damp.
