Handmade chocolates inspired by Nova Scotia’s coastline. Maritime-themed chocolate discs featuring seashells, lighthouses, sailboats, sandals, pebbles, sand, and/or other ocean-inspired details.
Each disc is unique and may contain any of the above ocean inspired details.

Please note that chocolate may break/crack in transit but will remain delicious! Also note that in warm temperature months, chocolate is only available in-store and for local pickup and delivery.
Mousseline Pastries & Delicatessen is a family-owned bakery based in Middle Sackville, Nova Scotia, specializing in European-style cakes and pastries.
Originally from the country Georgia, Nino and her partner have called Canada home for nearly two decades. Their love for baking blossomed from sharing delicious treats with friends and family and they found they enjoyed it more than they ever expected.
Mousseline believes pastries are about more than dessert — they're about making life's moments more joyful and memorable with sweets that delight all the senses — by tasting amazing and looking beautiful!
LOCAL PICKUP & DELIVERY
LOCAL PICKUP - If you're located in the Halifax, Nova Scotia area you can shop online and save on shipping fees by picking up your order in-store. You'll select the free local pickup option at checkout.
Local pickup orders are often ready within 2 hours. Orders made after 5pm (AST) or on days closed will be ready after 12pm (AST) the next business day and you will receive an email confirmation with pickup instructions when it is ready.

Local delivery orders made by 10am (AST) will often be available for same day delivery. I was on vacation and missing my cat back at home. I stopped in and picked the little kitty that resembles my beloved cat at home. Talk about a wonderful keepsake. When I got home my cat gave it a sniff and a quick bath. It's now proudly sitting on my shelf.
