Set of 6 'Official East Coaster' Drink Coasters. Letterpress printed by hand using ink mixed with salt water drawn from the Atlantic Ocean!
These coasters are reusable. The paper is a heavyweight coaster board and the ink is permanent (will not run). Dark liquids like Coffee and Red Wine will stain, but they hold up well under glasses of water and beer! Comes with a reusable cardboard box for storage.

Inkwell Originals is the in-house studio of Inkwell, a modern handmade boutique & letterpress studio in downtown Halifax. Graphic designers Andrea Rahal and Daniel MacDonald create art prints, greeting cards, postcards, stationery and drink coasters inspired by the ocean, coastline, Nova Scotia and the people of Halifax. Antique letterpresses create these tactile products. The cast-iron presses are hand-powered and the paper is fed by hand. The end result is a charming and tactile impression in the paper.
LOCAL PICKUP & DELIVERY
LOCAL PICKUP - If you're located in the Halifax, Nova Scotia area you can shop online and save on shipping fees by picking up your order in-store. You'll select the free local pickup option at checkout.
Local pickup orders are often ready within 2 hours. Orders made after 5pm (AST) or on days closed will be ready after 12pm (AST) the next business day and you will receive an email confirmation with pickup instructions when it is ready.
