Known as the Beardtongue Foxglove, this flower grows tall stems of white and light pink bell-shaped blossoms. Its nectar-rich flowers attract hummingbirds, butterflies and other pollinators. Just as this wildflower can thrive in various conditions, intuition can guide us through life’s uncertainties and challenges. May their beautiful blooms help you find confidence in choices that align with your inner sense of knowing.

When: Late fall, or start indoors 6-8 weeks before planting in the Spring.

- Prepare the soil by loosening it with a garden fork.
- Scatter seeds and lightly walk over them to press them into the soil.
- Water area gently.
To begin your seeds indoors to plant outside in Spring, follow the instructions below at least 6-8 weeks before the last frost in your area:
- Soak seeds for 24 hours in a sealed container.
- Pour contents over a coffee filter or paper towel to drain.
- Arrange seed in a single layer and allow all excess water to drain off.
- Fold seed loosely into the coffee filter or paper towel - the seed and paper should be damp, but not wet.
- Add a dry paper towel and place inside a resealable bag to help maintain even moisture. Do not allow to completely dry out or stay soggy, and replace paper towel as needed.
- Place the sealed bag in your refrigerator and monitor weekly - once you see sprouts begin, it’s time to plant outdoors!

LOCAL PICKUP - If you're located in the Halifax, Nova Scotia area you can shop online and save on shipping fees by picking up your order in-store. You'll select the free local pickup option at checkout.
Local pickup orders are often ready within 2 hours. Orders made after 5pm (AST) or on days closed will be ready after 12pm (AST) the next business day and you will receive an email confirmation with pickup instructions when it is ready.

Free Shipping is available for orders over $150 within Canada (after any discount is applied, but before tax). Some exceptions apply and will be noted on the individual product listing.
We ship most orders via UPS, Fed Ex or Canada Post. Tracking is included on all Expedited Parcel, XpressPost and Priority orders. Tracking is also provided if you reach our free shipping tier.
