Point Pleasant Park located in Halifax, Nova Scotia is an incredible tract of land on the southernmost tip of the peninsula. Full of rich history and beautiful wildlife, the park is a invaluable treasure for anyone living in the city to enjoy. This print pays tributes to the beautiful park and all the people and critters who use it. Hand drawn, signed and numbered, and hand printed on high quality paper.

Alex MacAskill started printing and designing 10+ years ago the way many printers get started, creating posters and shirts for his grade school band. The interest developed from there, and he went on to art school. From there, Alex accepted a position at Hatch Show Print in Nashville, Tennessee. There he created posters out of 130+ year old type and images for country music's greatest. In 2017 he returned to Halifax to open Midnight Oil.

Local pickup orders are often ready within 2 hours. Orders made after 5pm (AST) or on days closed will be ready after 12pm (AST) the next business day and you will receive an email confirmation with pickup instructions when it is ready.
