The Printed Peanut is an ever-expanding collection of illustrated items for you and your home, designed by Louise Lockhart. All products are manufactured in the UK and aim to use eco-friendly materials wherever possible. Based in the hills of South Wales, Louise works from home on a farm surrounded by children and animals.
Louise is an avid people watcher and takes inspiration from the world around her. She takes inspiration from vintage textiles, folk art, children’s books and old print ephemera, of which she has a large collection surrounding her cluttered desk. She creates her work by cutting out shapes from paper with a big pair of brass scissors, aiming for a playful line and unintended wonkiness. Her unique and recognizable work is often infused with humour and joy, making her designs loved and collected by a wide range of people.

LOCAL PICKUP - If you're located in the Halifax, Nova Scotia area you can shop online and save on shipping fees by picking up your order in-store. You'll select the free local pickup option at checkout.
Local pickup orders are often ready within 2 hours. Orders made after 5pm (AST) or on days closed will be ready after 12pm (AST) the next business day and you will receive an email confirmation with pickup instructions when it is ready.
