Inkwell Modern Handmade Boutique & Letterpress Studio Inc. (Inkwell) prices do not include sales taxes or other charges, if applicable. All Canadian orders will be taxed according to your provincial tax rate, which will be calculated at time of checkout. No tax is applied to international orders; however, you may be liable for payment of import duties, taxes and fees when the items arrive in your country.

Local Pickup - If you're in the Halifax area you can shop online and save on shipping fees by picking up your order curbside or in-store. You'll select the local pick up option at checkout and it's free!

Free Shipping is available for orders over $150 (after any discount is applied, but before tax).* Some exceptions apply and will be noted on the product listing.
We ship most orders via Canada Post. Tracking is included on all Expedited Parcel, XpressPost and Priority orders. Tracking is also provided if you reach our free shipping tier.

Each double bubble mug is created to be unique; infused with its own personality. Every bubble is thrown on the potter’s wheel then is altered and built by hand to create wonky variations of big and little bubbles. Layers of coloured glazes are dipped and overlapped for colour fluctuations and textures. Has a satin glaze that is soft to touch, resembling ice cream scoops!
Care instructions: Microwave and dishwasher safe, hand washing is recommended for the longevity of the product.
Originally from PEI, Alexis Vessey has made Halifax/Dartmouth her home for the last 15 years. Alexis is inspired by organic forms often exaggerating elements of nature and plant growth. In addition to her studio practice, Alexis works in arts administration at the Centre for Craft and as a ceramic technician.
