Inkwell Modern Handmade Boutique & Letterpress Studio Inc. (Inkwell) prices do not include sales taxes or other charges, if applicable. All Canadian orders will be taxed according to your provincial tax rate, which will be calculated at time of checkout. Local Pickup - If you're in the Halifax area you can shop online and save on shipping fees by picking up your order curbside or in-store. You'll select the local pick up option at checkout and it's free!

Free Shipping is available for orders over $150 (after any discount is applied, but before tax).* Some exceptions apply and will be noted on the product listing.
We ship most orders via Canada Post. Tracking is included on all Expedited Parcel, XpressPost and Priority orders. Tracking is also provided if you reach our free shipping tier.

Freehand embroidered wave necklace!

Rachel Shaw of Black Pearl Embroidery Studio is a freehand embroidery artist. Every piece is one of a kind and inspired by whatever she is excited about in the moment. Currently that inspiration comes from summer berries and floral bouquets and arrangements, but the coastline is also a big influence in her work.
Rachel's embroidery is all done by hand without the use of patterns. She also enjoys incorporating thrifted buttons and materials into her work to reduce textile waste.
